Recommend budget for the business and monitor financial performance versus the budget.

Develop and monitor SLAs for the portfolio of assets to ensure and improve customer satisfaction and to achieve business objectives.

Manage the resource utilization within Oman to ensure that the right number and talent are available for running the operations.

Handle the execution of maintenance contracts, review the preventive and corrective maintenance programs, and supervise the implementation by employees or assigned contractors.

Manage the implementation and improvement of policies, guidelines, and processes for contract management, and administration to ensure standards are set to deliver quality of service to customers in line with the corporate stategy.

Ensure effective planning and implementation of HSEEQ inspections and audits in order to meet regulatory requirements and company standards.
Experience Should have atleast 8 years of experience in the operations of facilities management, of which 3 years must be in managerial role.

Should have experience in the operations planning, HSSEQ, supplier relations management, client relations management, maintenance and contract management.
